(Começando a viagem com muito alto astral!)

Numa manhã de Sexta dirigia meu carro ao som de um cover de violino de uma faixa da trilha sonora de “Skyrim”. A manhã era agradável e mesmo saindo atrasado de casa , rapidamente cheguei a Barra da Tijuca e estacionei dentro do Condomínio Peninsula onde meu Mestre Julio Camacho vive . 
Eu vestia um blazer branco, uma camisa preta com a logo da banda “Red Hot Chilli Peppers”, presente de uma To Dai e óculos aviator, presente de outro To Dai. Algo dentro de mim, dizia que seria uma excelente viagem enquanto puxava minha mala em direção a portaria de Si Fu. Lá chegando, encontrei meu Si Hing, o Mestre Leonardo Reis.
Após conversarmos um pouco sobre amenidades, Si Fu apareceu caminhando em nossa direção. Pedimos um UBER e sentado no banco de trás com Si Fu enquanto Si Hing Leonardo ia no banco da frente. Repassamos todo o roteiro da viagem observando os “furos” já existentes e outros em potencial. Foi naquele momento que Si Fu descobriu que seu discípulo Luciano faria parte da delegação, pois ele não havia sido comunicado a respeito. Havia um imbróglio também sobre a participação de alguns dos membros da comitiva em algumas das atividades e Si Fu falou disso comigo quase o percurso todo. Na verdade, o que ele estava tentando fazer, era me levar a enxergar como a maneira com a qual estruturei minha linha de raciocínio a respeito do caso , estava sendo elaborada de forma equivocada.

There was a Friday morning I drove my car to the sound of a violin cover of a track from the soundtrack of "Skyrim." The morning was pleasant and even coming late from home, I quickly arrived at Barra da Tijuca and parked inside the Peninsula Condominium where my Master Julio Camacho lives.
I wore a white blazer, a black shirt with the band's logo "Red Hot Chilli Peppers", gift from a To Dai and aviator glasses, gift from another To Dai. Something inside me said that it would be a great trip as I pulled my suitcase towards the Si Fu gate. Arriving there, I found my Si Hing, the Master Leonardo Reis.

After talking a little about amenities, Si Fu appeared walking toward us. We asked for a UBER and sat in the back seat with Si Fu while Si Hing Leonardo was in the front seat. We go through the whole itinerary of the trip observing the existing "holes" and others in potential. It was at that moment that Si Fu discovered that his disciple Luciano would be part of the delegation, since he had not been informed about it. There was an imbroglio about the participation of some of the members of the party in some of the activities and Si Fu talked about this with me almost the whole course. In fact, what he was trying to do was to get me to see how the way in which I structured my line of reasoning about the case was being worked out in the wrong way.

Chegando ao Aeroporto Internacional do Rio de Janeiro, poucos passos depois encontramo-nos com Thiago Silva, Pedro Oliveira e Cristiano Chaves. Iuri Alvarenga e Pedro Correa estavam a caminho e André, Luciano, Claudio, Maria Alice e João Santos já estavam em Brasilia. Ficamos de pé por alguns momentos tentando descobrir , por telefone, onde Iuri e Pedro Correa estavam , até que finalmente depois de falar com eles, sentamos à mesa num café próximo dali. Cristiano ficou responsável por fazer o pedido, enquanto isso, Si Fu entrou no tema da viagem a da necessidade de termos um “chefe-de-comitiva”.Eu me candidatei imediatamente ao que Si Fu acatou. Acontece, que seugeri para me ajudar diretamente o Thiago Silva. Acreditei que por nossas naturezas serem tão distintas, a comitiva ganharia mais com uma liderança conjunta e equilibrada.

Arriving at the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro, a few steps later we meet with Thiago Silva, Pedro Oliveira and Cristiano Chaves. Iuri Alvarenga and Pedro Correa were on the way and André, Luciano, Claudio, Maria Alice and João Santos were already in Brasilia. We stood for a few moments trying to find out, on the phone, where Iuri and Pedro Correa were, until finally after talking to them, we sat at a table in a nearby cafe. Cristiano was responsible for making the request, meanwhile, Si Fu entered the theme of the trip to the need to have a "chief of delegation." I immediately applied to what Si Fu agreed. It turns out, I asked for the help of Thiago Silva directly. I thought that because our natures were so distinct, the party would gain more from a joint and balanced leadership.

Faltando ainda um tempo considerável para o embarque na aeronave, Si Fu sugeriu que passássemos pela revista e nos concentrássemos logo perto do portão de embarque ara evitar contratempos.  Si Fu então, ao passar pela revista, com passo velozes, caminhava sem olhar para trás. Eu  seguia de perto, pois já estava acostumado ao que ele chamou rindo minutos depois de “Si Fu Steps”. 
E naquele ritmo tão veloz, toda a nossa delegação chegou até algumas mesas próximas ao nosso portão de embarque. Enquanto nos acomodávamos, encontramos os Líderes da Família Moy Fei Lap com um de seus To Dai e também o Mestre Diego Guadelupe. Para Pedro Correa e Iuri Alvarenga, Si Fu repetiu o que havíamos combinado até ali, e surgiu a ideia de  num grupo de whats app , reunirmos todas as fotos da viagem tiradas nos diferentes aparelhos dos membros da comitiva, para que pudéssemos usar mais tarde, no projeto “Diário de Bordo”.

With still considerable time to board the aircraft, Si Fu suggested that we go through the security  and concentrate close to the gate to avoid setbacks. Si Fu then, passing the security, with quick steps, walked without looking back. I followed closely, since I was already used to what he called laughing minutes after "Si Fu Steps."
And at that fast pace, our entire delegation arrived at a few tables near our gate. As we settled in, we found the Moy Fei Lap Family Leaders with one of their To Dai and also the Master Diego Guadelupe. For Pedro Correa and Iuri Alvarenga, Si Fu repeated what we had arranged so far, and the idea came up in a group of whats app, we gathered all the pictures of the trip taken in the different devices of the members of the entourage, so that we could use later, in the project "Diaries".

Finalmente, entrávamos no avião da empresa Avianca.  Numa aeronave grande e moderna, sentei-me  com Si Fu e Si Hing Leonardo na última fileira de bancos. Um ao lado do outro. Essa configuração me favoreceu profundamente, já que me foi possível ouvir de Si Fu considerações em vários aspectos desde a cultura chinesa tradicional até o novo formato de gestão que queremos propor.
Quando chegamos ao aeroporto de Brasília, fomos recebidos no portão de desembarque por André Almeida. Caminhamos juntos até o Grão Café, onde por coincidência ou não, todas as comitivas estavam se encontrando. Foi naquele momento que apertei pela primeira vez a mão de Si Baak Gung William Moy.  Si Taai Po estava lá também e parecia uma cena de algum filme no qual diferentes Famílias se encontram. E após muitos cumprimentos, apertos de mãos e abraços, o grupo se dirigiu para o restaurante Mangai.

Finally, we got on the plane from Avianca. In a large modern aircraft, I sat with Si Fu and Si Hing Leonardo in the last row of seats. Side by side. This configuration favored me deeply, since I was able to hear from Si Fu considerations in various aspects from the traditional Chinese culture to the new management format that we want to propose.
When we arrived at the Brasilia airport, we were met at the arrival gate by André Almeida. We walked together to the Grão Café, where by coincidence or not, all the comitivas were meeting. It was at that moment that I shake for the first time the hand of Si Baak Gung William Moy. Si Taai Po was there too and it looked like a scene from a movie in which different Families meet. And after many compliments, handshakes and hugs, the group headed for the Mangai restaurant.

Nossa comitiva ficou para trás e Iuri que estava responsável pelo transporte àquela altura, tentava achar o local no qual pediríamos o UBER.  Finalmente embarcamos em três carros diferentes e fui junto de Si Fu. O motorista nos apresentava alguns locais daquela cidade que parece uma gigante maquete com muita área verde e grandes extensões de terra sem nenhuma construção. Fiquei particularmente tocado pela beleza do lago Paranoá, o maior lago artificial do mundo.
Chegando ao restaurante, ocupamos uma mesa inteira devido a quantidade de pessoas em nossa delegação. Foi só no restaurante que encontramos Claudio e Alice e finalmente, pela primeira vez, nossa delegação estava completa.

Our entourage was left behind and Iuri, who was responsible for the transport at that time, was trying to find the place where we would ask for the UBER. Finally we boarded three different cars and I went with Si Fu. The driver showed us some places in that city that looks like a giant model with lots of green space and large tracts of land with no construction. I was particularly touched by the beauty of Lake Paranoá, the largest artificial lake in the world.
Arriving at the restaurant, we occupied a whole table because of the amount of people in our delegation. It was only in the restaurant that we found Claudio and Alice and finally, for the first time, our delegation was complete.

A comida era à quilo, mas devido as minhas restrições alimentares, resolvi não abusar. O almoço foi muito agradável, e tivemos alguns momentos divertidíssimos que levarei para sempre comigo, como a conversa sobre o quão velho Jet Li está com Iuri Alvarenga (risos). 

The food was a pound, but due to my food restrictions, I decided not to eat too much. The lunch was very enjoyable, and we had some fun times that I will take forever with me, like the conversation about how old Jet Li is with Iuri Alvarenga (laughs).

 Ao final do almoço, fomos para o hotel, e depois de realizar o check in, sentamos para fazer uma reunião de sintonia, na qual Si Fu perguntou a cada membro da comitiva quais eram seus objetivos com a viagem .Aquela foi uma oportunidade de nos sintonizarmos um pouco mais com o grupo e com o evento.
Mais tarde, já de roupa trocada, caminhei com Si Fu e outros membros de diferentes Famílias para o local no qual ocorreria o “Welcome Chi Sau “....  Mas essa história continua na parte 2.


At the end of lunch, we went to the hotel, and after checking in we sat down to hold a tuning meeting, in which Si Fu asked each member of the committee what their objectives were with the trip. tune in a bit more with the group and with the event.
Later, already in my changed clothes, I walked with Si Fu and other members of different families to the place where the Welcome Chi Sau would take place .... But this story continues in part 2.
